Happy New Year,

I hope this letter finds you and your household in good health and spirit for the New Year.  The Houston planning committee has been working diligently and it is now time for you to finalize your plans, provide the information we need, and send in your reunion fees by March 01, 2010. This page provides additional information regarding the reunion, and the attached document is the reservation form you need to fill out and send with your payment.

REUNION DATE:

Thursday, July 08 through Sunday, July 11, 2010.

The Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel located at 2001 Post Oak Boulevard Houston, TX 77056 1(713) 961-9300.  Please begin to make your reservations now to ensure that you have the guaranteed family rate of $89.00 a night plus tax by using the Crawley Family Reunion Group Code of CFR.
 

REUNION FEES ARE BASED ON AGE AS OF July 08, 2010:

• $85 for adults 18 and older
• $45 for youth 7 – 17
• $38 for children 3 - 6
• Free for children 2 and under
   

 INCLUDED IN REUNION FEES:

• Thursday afternoon welcome reception with appetizers
• Friday evening semi-formal dinner banquet and DJ
• Saturday picnic with barbeque lunch and activities for the entire family
• Sunday breakfast, worship service, and business meeting
   

 NOT INCLUDED IN REUNION FEES:

• $35 for the Ladies Hat Tea (includes the room, lunch buffet and entertainment).
• $75 Golf (18 holes).
• $35 Fishing Outing (1/2 day saltwater fishing charter).
• $20 Kids outing (Venues are Kemah Boardwalk or Downtown Aquarium).
• $40 Party Boat (Minimum 45 people.  Ages 21 and over).
